Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); no restocking fee will be charged for product returns.

Return and Refund Policy

The product can only be returned if there is a fault in it.
If you do not like the product, it cannot be returned.
The return shipping charges will always be paid by the customer.
You will be refunded once we receive the perfume package back.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
Items can be exchanged with any other item depending upon the price value.
