Btasha Fragrance - Shipping Policy

At Btasha Fragrance, we strive to ensure your favorite fragrances reach you safely and promptly. Below is our detailed shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer local delivery within Karachi only. Delivery rates and estimated times are as follows:

  • Karachi Standard Delivery:
    • Flat rate of PKR 200.
    • Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Free Delivery:
    • We offer free delivery on orders over PKR 4000.

  • Delivery Outside Karachi:

    • Delivery Time: 4-5 business days

3. Delivery Area

At this time, we only deliver within Karachi. If you are located outside of Karachi, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order at this time but hope to expand our delivery services soon.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

5. Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, changes may not be possible as your order may already be in processing or dispatched.

6. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other disruptions. Should this happen, we will inform you and provide updates on your order status.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at btashafragrance@gmail.com or 03161013438. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
